What is the procedure you follow when investigating fraud?

When Gan Direct is investigating fraud, we may request personal information and any documents related to the claim, such as financial records including but not limited to bank statements, credit card statements, or loan statements, telephone records and criminal history.

 

Additionally we may request that you take part in an interview in order to inform you of our concerns and establish a full picture of the incident. At this point, we may call an independent assessor to be present if we believe that his presence will assist to bring the truth into light. In the case of suspicion for fraud for any injury claim, we may ask the injured to visit a doctor appointed by the Company in order to have an objective opinion of the injured condition or we may proceed to visit the injured in different times and places in order to clarify whether the injury is true or false.
