What shall I do if I am not happy with the repairs on my vehicle or house?

The main advantage of going with our chosen repairer is that they will be responsible for the quality of the repairs and handle any complaints. Additionally, our associates use parts approved by the manufacturers and guarantee the repairs for twelve months. If you choose your own repairer, we may not accept responsibility for the quality of the repairs.

 

After the completion of the repairs, you are asked to sign a Discharged Receipt. This receipt verifies your full satisfaction and absolute and final discharge of all your claims upon us and constitutes an estoppel to raise any further claim in the future in relation to the above mentioned incident. Therefore, if you are not happy with the repairs, contact us immediately to let them know and ask them to contact the repairer to fix the problem. Most importantly, do not sign any discharge form unless you are not 100% satisfied with repairs.
