What can you do for me if I am in an urgent financial need following a huge loss in my house?

Our Code obliges us to fast-track your claim if you are in urgent financial need and to make an advance payment within 5 business days of you satisfactorily demonstrating your urgent financial need. Any advance payment will be deducted from the total value of your claim.

 

There is guideline timeframes insurers should follow in how long the claims process should take which is outlined in the General Insurance Code of Practice.
