Of Course you can. Sum insured in a Personal Accident insurance are not offset with any other insurance policy. The only possible offset concerns medical expenses. In terms of medical expenses you cannot be compensated for any amount in excess of the actual amount you have paid. The same applies in case you have more than one Personal Accident policies.
In case I have a labour accident and receive compensation from the Employer’s Liability insurance of my employer, can I still receive compensation from my Personal Accident insurance?
