In case you had a claim you will not be entitled to a discount. Customers are only entitled to this if they have a claims free history – involving your Company in a claim still counts. However, if the claim falls under our small accident forgiveness benefit (under 1200 euros) then there will be no loading. If the claim was over that amount, or if you had more than one claims in the same insurance period, then you will be charged for the claim(s); i.e. there will be loading on your insurance premium.
Am I entitled to No Claim Discount if I had the Claim Protection Benefit with my previous company and had an Own Damage Claim?
