To establish fraud the insurance company needs to prove that you intended to deceive them or acted with reckless indifference as to whether or not the insurer was deceived.

If fraud is established by us then a denial letter will be sent to all the involved parties informing that the claim is rejected. In addition we shall void your policy.  In serious cases where there is strong evidence of fraud, the matter may be reported to the police for further investigation and you may be charged with an offence.
