If the windscreen was covered by an additional benefit then it will not be charged, regardless of whether it was a free or charged benefit. You will also be entitled to the No Claims Bonus benefit, which is a discount offered to customers with a claims-free history.
If the windscreen was covered under a comprehensive cover as a claim, then there are 2 scenarios as with any claim:
1) There will be no charge if there was only 1 claim and it falls under our small accident forgiveness benefit
2) If there were 2 claims in the period or if the damage was over the amount of our small accident forgiveness benefit, then the claim shall be charged
You will not be entitled to any discount under any of these two scenarios, since there is a claim declared in your history.
